About The Natty Coach

Dr. Andrew Chappell is a PhD in Human Nutrition, he holds a MSc in Human Nutrition and a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science. Andrew is a World Champion bodybuilder who has been one of the top natural bodybuilders for the last 20 years as a WNBF Pro. He has competed in over 30 events, including 10 World Finals, 8 Pro events and has won a record 6 British Championships. He is the former President of the WNBFUK, and has judged over 100 events nationally and internationally. He has also competed in Strongman and Powerlifting. As a coach he has helped over 100 athletes to the stage, including multiple pro cards, world championship and national title wins.
