Based out of Minnetonka, MN, we service athletes throughout the Twin Cities area and Southern MN. We are intentionally not affiliated with a supplement company, but will make suggestions based on your individual needs to look and feel your best.
Typically, competition preparation lasts anywhere from 12-16 weeks for a Bodybuilder or Figure competitor, but depends on the overall condition of the athlete. To ensure you are on track for your competition, after the initial consultation we recommend meeting every other week to review nutrition, condition, and posing. For the final four weeks leading up to the competition, meeting weekly.
